Founded in 2009 by architects Bharat Kumar Rajappan and Deepa Bharatkumar, Design Werks (formerly Architecture by Design) is an Architecture, Planning and Interior Design practice committed to design excellence and sustainability. The firm’s partners together bring over 20 years of international experience in planning, architectural design, interior design and project management as well as a strong portfolio of residential, commercial, institutional and civic architecture projects. Design Werks (formerly Architecture by Design) deeply values collaboration and clear, transparent communications between the design team and project's stakeholders and believes that this inclusive and integrated process leads to better, responsible design of the built environment
